Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are. Brilliant Smiles welcomes new patients of all ages, and we’d be glad to get you on the schedule. Call the office or book online, whichever is easier for you.
Do you take my insurance?
There’s a good chance we do. We work with most major dental insurance plans and we’ll file the claim for you. The quickest way to check is to call with your insurance card handy, and our front desk will verify your benefits before your visit so you know what’s covered before you’re in the chair.
What financing options are available?
We never want cost to be the reason someone puts off treatment. Along with insurance, we accept CareCredit and can set up payment plans that break larger treatments into manageable monthly amounts. Ask our front desk and we’ll figure out what fits your budget.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
That’s more common than you’d think, and nobody here will judge you for it. Mention it when you book and we’ll take the whole visit at your pace. We’ll explain each step before we do it, and if you need a break at any point, just raise a hand.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Plan on about an hour. We’ll take X-rays, give your teeth and gums a thorough exam, and in most cases do your cleaning that same visit. Before you head out, Dr. Harrison will go over what we found and what any recommended treatment would cost, so nothing on the bill comes as a surprise.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
We do. Call the office right away, whether it’s a bad toothache, a chipped tooth, or a crown that’s come off, and we’ll work to get you seen the same day. After hours, call anyway and the voicemail will tell you the next step. One exception: if you have severe facial swelling or trouble swallowing or breathing, go straight to the ER first.
